The Sunday school material for children age 3 through 8th grade is "Gather Round: Hearing and sharing God's good news." This Anabaptist-Mennonite curriculum follows the historical and biblical foundations of Mennonite and other peace churches. It invites children to grow in their relationship with Jesus . A Bible story is at the heart of each lesson.

Children’s classes are organized in the following groups:

Nursery During the worship service nursery care is provided for infants and toddlers.

Toddler play group  During Sunday school child care and activities are provided for 1- and 2-year-olds.

Preschool Teachers engage preschool children in the Bible story, creative activities and play.

Kindergarten, Grades 1 and 2  Children in kindergarten and 1st and 2nd grade are involved in educational activities that acquaint them with God, Jesus , the Bible, God’s love and the importance of loving others.

Grades 3, 4 and 5 At this age children begin to read and study the Bible. They focus on the Bible story in different ways. Ideas such as helping others as Jesus did, valuing peace, maintaining fairness in relationships and loving all of God’s people are introduced.

Grades 6, 7 and 8  Students ask questions about the interaction of Christian values with American culture and behavior. As they review the basics of faith, they explore how to make wise choices as they grow older.

High School Sessions throughout the year will include Bible study and current issues.
