Heidi Regier Kreider has served as lead pastor at Bethel College Mennonite Church since 2000.   She graduated from Bethel College, North Newton , KS , and received her Master of Divinity degree from Yale Divinity School, where she also studied church music. She previously served as pastor at Emmanuel Mennonite Church in Gainesville, Florida; and as an organist and choir director in Episcopal churches in Kansas and Connecticut.  Heidi is married to David Kreider, and they are parents to two teen-age sons. In her spare time Heidi enjoys cooking, gardening, music, walking, biking, reading, studying Spanish, and spending time with family.

Ruth R. Harder began as associate pastor at BCMC in August 2007.  Ruth's responsibilities include working with the youth and serving as a liaison with Bethel College students.  She also preaches and shares pastoral care responsibilities with Heidi.  Ruth graduated from Bethel College, North Newton and received her M.Div. degree from Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary in Goshen, IN.  She has served her pastoral internship at Belmont Mennonite Church in Elkhart, IN, as a clinical pastor education chaplain resident at Rush Medical Center and Northwest Memorial Hospital in Chicago and as youth pastor at the LaSalle Street Church in Chicago.  Ruth is married to Jesse Graber and lives in North Newton.
