Heidi Regier Kreider began as lead pastor at Bethel College Mennonite Church in August 2000. Her ministry includes administration, preaching, planning and leading worship, visiting members, and reaching out to Bethel College students, young adults and families. Heidi graduated from Bethel College , North Newton , KS , and received her M. Div. degree from Yale Divinity School . She previously served as a pastor in Florida and as an organist and choir director in Kansas and Connecticut . Heidi is married to David Kreider , and they have two sons, Benjamin and Mark . In her spare time Heidi enjoys cooking, playing organ and piano, reading, walking and spending time with family.

Ruth R. Harder began as associate pastor at BCMC in August 2007.  Ruth's responsibilities include working with the youth and serving as a liaison with Bethel College students.  She also preaches and shares pastoral care responsibilities with Heidi.  Ruth graduated from Bethel College, North Newton and received her M.Div. degree from Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary in Goshen, IN.  She has served her pastoral internship at Belmont Mennonite Church in Elkhart, IN, as a clinical pastor education chaplain resident at Rush Medical Center and Northwest Memorial Hospital in Chicago and as youth pastor at the LaSalle Street Church in Chicago.  Ruth is married to Jesse Graber and lives in North Newton.
